Our Chef's signature Hyderabadi Biryani, most popular Biryani. Chicken Dum Biryani is cooked with marinated chicken, fragrant basmati long grain rice, blended with spices, herbs and aromatics. The dish is cooked in a pot that's layered s with marinated chicken, partially cooked rice, with saffron petals, fried onion, fresh mint on top, then sealed and slowly-cooked (dum) to meld all the flavors together. It is served with Dhai (Yogurt) Chutney and Mirchi (Green Pepper) Salan (Curry).
