Goat Dum Biryani

Our Chef's signature Hyderabadi Biryani, most popular Biryani. Goat Dum Biryani is cooked with marinated bone-in goat meat/mutton, fragrant basmati long grain rice, blended with spices, herbs and aromatics. The dish is cooked in a pot that's layered with marinated goat meat, partially cooked rice, with saffron petals, fried onion, fresh mint on top, then sealed and slowly-cooked (dum) to meld all the flavors together. It is served with Dhai (Yogurt) Chutney and Mirchi (Green Pepper) Salan (Curry).
