Vegetable Dum Biryani

Our Chef's signature Hyderabadi Biryani, most popular Biryani. Vegetable Dum Biryani is cooked with marinated vegetables, fragrant basmati long grain rice, blended with spices, herbs and aromatics. The dish is cooked in a pot that's layered with marinated vegetables, partially cooked rice, with saffron petals, fried onion, fresh mint on top, then sealed and slowly-cooked (dum) to meld all the flavors together. It is served with Dhai (Yogurt) Chutney and Mirchi (Green Pepper) Salan (Curry).
